Working Principle
This production line is designed for the production of basic dry mortars such as masonry mortar. It features a simple formula structure and strong adaptability to raw materials.
The line adopts a fully automatic process flow, including raw material storage, drying (optional), screening, conveying, metering and batching, mixing, and packaging.
Raw materials such as sand, cement, and fly ash are stored in silos. Since masonry mortar has relatively loose requirements for moisture content, sand drying can be selected according to actual conditions. After basic screening, the sand enters the batching system.
The system meters materials at the set ratio and conveys them into a twin-shaft non-gravity mixer. The mixing process focuses on improving workability and bonding performance to ensure smooth construction.
The finished product is discharged through an automatic packaging system. The whole line is equipped with a dust removal system for environmental protection and high efficiency. The product is ready to use by adding water on site.
