Working Principle
The biomass pellet production line uses various agricultural and forestry residues such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, and bagasse (with a moisture content of 35%–56%) as raw materials. After pre-treatment, the materials are dried to an optimal moisture level for pelletizing, then finely crushed and conveyed into a uniform feeding system.
The material enters the pellet machine, where it is compressed by rollers and a ring die under high temperature and pressure, forming dense and solid biomass pellets. The entire process adopts a continuous production mode with automatic control, ensuring stable operation and high efficiency, with a pelletizing rate of up to 98%.
The system can be customized and optimized based on raw material characteristics, production capacity, and site conditions, making it widely applicable in renewable energy and clean fuel production.
