Working Principle
This production line adopts a fully automatic process flow, including drying, fine screening, batching, high-efficiency mixing, mixing, and packaging.
Sand must be processed by a rotary drum dryer and then fed into a fine screening system to ensure uniform and fine particle size, which is critical for plastering quality.
Water-retaining agents such as cellulose ether are accurately added via the batching system to guarantee excellent water retention and workability of the mortar.
In the mixing stage, materials are fully blended to give the finished product good lubricity and smooth workability. After mixing, the finished product enters the packaging system. The whole line uses a high-efficiency dust removal system to prevent fine powder overflow.
