Industrial Salt Dryer
Our industrial rotary dryers are versatile, high-efficiency solutions tailored to process awide range of granular and powdery materials.
Features:
- .Capacity: 3-120 T/H (Customizable)
- Moisture Reduction: 25% → 3%
- Heat Source: Coal / Gas / Biomass
- Powdery materials:including industrial salt, sea salt, refined salt, crude salt, and other crystalline salt products with varying moisture levels.
Working Principle
Industrial salt is conveyed from the hopper into a rotary drum dryer, where it is continuously dried by hot air from a heat source system. Inside the drum, the material is lifted and dispersed, ensuring full contact with hot air for efficient heat transfer and moisture removal. Exhaust gas is treated by a cyclone and dust collection system, allowing for emission compliance and dust recovery. The material moves forward and is discharged with stable moisture content. The dried salt is then conveyed to screening or packaging systems, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
