Working Principle
The thermal insulation mortar production line adopts a fully automatic process flow, including raw material storage, conveying, metering and batching, low-breakage mixing, and packaging.
Lightweight aggregates (such as glazed hollow beads, expanded perlite) are stored in special silos and metered separately from cement, fly ash, and additives. Breakage must be avoided during conveying and metering. The system ensures stable conveying through optimized structural design.
The batching system precisely controls each component, especially the addition of anti-cracking agents and hydrophobic agents, which directly affect thermal insulation performance and workability.
In the mixing stage, a twin-shaft non-gravity mixer is used to distribute lightweight aggregates evenly without damage, avoiding stratification.
The product then enters the packaging system. The whole process adopts a sealed and dust-proof design.
The final product is ready to use by adding water, providing good thermal insulation performance and construction adaptability..
