Working Principle
The floor mortar production line is equipped with a fully automatic process flow and a multi-stage screening system to strictly control the gradation of quartz sand, ensuring the compactness and strength of floor mortar.
Raw materials are stored in independent silos. A high-precision metering and batching system ensures stable proportions of all components, especially the addition of water reducers and flow agents, which is critical to product performance.
Materials enter a high-efficiency twin-shaft non-gravity mixer for uniform blending, giving the finished product good fluidity and self-leveling performance.
After mixing, the finished product is discharged to an automatic packaging or bulk system. The whole line is equipped with high-standard dust removal devices to meet environmental requirements.
The final product is ready to use by adding water, featuring high strength and high flatness.
