Working Principle
The tile adhesive production line adopts a fully automatic process flow, including raw material storage, drying, fine screening, conveying, micro-dosing, enhanced mixing, and automatic packaging.
Quartz sand, as the main aggregate, is processed by a high-precision screening system to ensure stable particle size.
Key additives such as redispersible polymer powder and cellulose ether are micro-metered by a high-precision system.
Materials enter a twin-shaft non-gravity mixer with a flying knife system. Under high-speed dispersion, uniform mixing is achieved to ensure stable product performance.
After mixing, the finished product enters the fully automatic packaging system.
The whole line uses a high-standard sealed and dust removal system to meet the production environment requirements of high-end products.
The final product is ready to use by mixing with water, providing excellent bonding strength, anti-slip performance, and construction stability.
