Production Process
How Does a Dry Mortar Production Line Work?
The complete production process follows a fully automated workflow.
Cement, sand, fly ash, calcium carbonate, gypsum powder, and additives are stored in dedicated silos. If wet sand is used, it is first dried and screened before entering the storage silos.
The PLC control system automatically weighs each raw material according to the formula requirements.
Screw conveyors and bucket elevators transfer materials to the mixing system.
The twin shaft gravity-free mixer rapidly blends all materials into a homogeneous mixture. Ribbon Mixer (Optional).
Finished products are packed automatically into valve bags or open-mouth bags. Automatic Packing, Valve Bag Packing, Open Mouth Bag Packing, Big Bag Packing (Optional).
The packed products are transported to the finished product warehouse. Automatic Robot Palletizer (Optional).
The entire production line is monitored by the PLC control system, enabling automatic operation, recipe management, fault diagnosis and production data recording.
