Single Shaft Plow Blade Mixer
The single shaft plow mixer consists of four parts: a circular cylinder, a transmission mechanism, a plow, and a flying knife; when working, the plow makes a circular motion, and the material is diverted into two directions by the plow blade to form a bidirectional material flow, which interacts with both sides. The materials diverted by the side plows cross each other to form convection.

Production Introduction
Plough Mixer consists of a horizontal & cylindrical drum vessel, plough-shaped shovel agitator, drive unit, and chopper.
The mixing elements create a mechanical fluidized bed mixing action to hurl materials away from the wall of the vessel into free space in a crisscross direction, and inversely back again. A fluid bed generated mechanically in this way ensures that the raw material is constantly involved in the mixing process, guaranteeing maximum mixing intensity even at the highest feed rates and shortest residence times, while also allowing the addition of liquids.
The Plough Share Mixer guarantees extremely high performance and fully optimized processes to adapt to specific mixes.
Plow Mixer achieves very fast mixing speed to obtain ideal mixing homogeneity in a very short time. It can also be used to solve multiple applications — including mixing, drying, coating, and reacting — in a single machine. 1. Driving advantages
The standard product adopts a gear reducer direct drive, with high torque, high reliability, and low noise. Large equipment adopts gear reducers and belt drives, which can protect the transmission components in case of unexpected situations.

2. Throwing Knife Effect
The uniformly distributed flying knives in the cylinder can not only disperse the material axially during high-speed operation, but also carry animal material along the circular cylinder for circumferential flow. The flying knives in the middle play a role in assisting mixing and dispersing and depolymerizing agglomerated materials.

3. Atomizing nozzle
Above the flying knife, an atomizing nozzle can be added to achieve liquid mixing. Due to the smaller aggregation density of materials under the cutting of the flying knife at this position, the atomized liquid material is easier to enter and mix with the powder material.

4. Cooling and heating
A jacket can be added outside the mixer barrel to cool or heat the material by injecting hot and cold media into the jacket; Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, and heating can be carried out through steam or electric heating of heat transfer oil.

5. Discharge form
The discharge form is usually a pneumatic flap valve, with an arc valve tightly embedded in the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, without material accumulation or mixing dead corners. The reliable edge sealing ensures no leakage during frequent switching.

6. Spindle seal
When using a new balanced combination gas seal and packing seal, when mixing ultrafine powder, this sealing form can increase gas tightness and effectively block the flow of gas powder inside and outside the cylinder.
