Working Principle of Three Pass Sand Dryer
- Wet sand enters the dryer through the belt feeder.
- The material first enters the inner cylinder, where the lifting plates continuously disperse the sand to form a sand curtain.
- Then the material moves into the middle cylinder and outer cylinder for repeated drying and heat exchange.
- Finally, the dry sand enters the discharge hopper after reaching the target moisture level.
The triple-pass structure greatly increases heat utilization and drying efficiency.
