Organic Manure Drying
It is widely applied in the fields of renewable energy and clean fuels.
Features:
- Capacity: 31-181t/d (Customizable)
- Heat Source: Suitable for biomass, natural gas, diesel, coal, etc.
- Raw Materials: Chicken manure, cow manure, poultry manure, livestock manure, and other organic fertilizer raw materials.
Working Principle
Organic manure materials (such as chicken and cow manure), characterized by high moisture content and strong stickiness, are first conveyed from the hopper into a pre-treatment system for crushing, mixing, or dewatering to improve uniformity and flowability. The material is then fed into a rotary drum dryer.
Under the action of high-temperature hot air from the heat source system, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed inside the drum, ensuring full contact with the hot air for efficient heat transfer and rapid moisture evaporation. To address sticking and agglomeration issues, anti-sticking and dispersing designs are applied inside the drum to ensure smooth operation.
During the drying process, exhaust gas is treated by dust collection and deodorization systems to improve environmental conditions. The material gradually moves forward and completes continuous drying, achieving a significantly reduced moisture content. The dried product can be used for organic fertilizer production, granulation, or direct packaging, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
