Key components of the dryer are constructed from high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, delivering 4 to 7 times longer service life than ordinary manganese steel. The support rollers and tire rings are manufactured from high-hardness steel, offering 3 to 5 times greater wear resistance than conventional equipment.

Maintenance is simple – only routine outer-diameter turning is required annually, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Precise Temperature Control – Energy Efficient Operation

The combustion chamber is designed for natural gas firing, constructed with high-temperature resistant materials and a specialized structure that withstands temperatures up to 1400°C. Thermal shock resistance is excellent, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Temperature control is precise. Exhaust gas temperature is maintained at approximately 70°C, while the discharged sand temperature remains stable at around 60°C. This minimizes energy waste and eliminates the need for additional cooling before the sand enters subsequent processing stages.

High-Efficiency Induced Draft System – Stable Operation

The induced draft system is scientifically designed to ensure smooth ventilation and efficient operation. Vertical plates divide the space between the inner and outer drums into 8 independent drying chambers. Material distribution is uniform, drying is more energy-efficient, and the design prevents heavy-load startup issues during power outages, ensuring equipment safety and stability.
