Uzbekistan customer visited Tongding factory to inspect the dry powder line and dryer – Tongding Machinery

Recently, two clients from Uzbekistan visited the Tongding factory to inspect the complete set of equipment for the dry-mix mortar production line and the sand dryer. They were hosted by factory representatives Nina and Abby, along with the engineering team.

During the tour, the clients focused on examining the various components of the dry-mix mortar production line and the sand drying equipment. Engineers provided detailed on-site explanations regarding the equipment’s components and functions—covering aspects such as the dryer’s drum structure, lifting flights, and the riding ring and support roller system, as well as key elements of the mortar line like the dosing system, twin-shaft zero-gravity mixer, and packaging system. The clients gained a comprehensive understanding of the equipment configuration, operating principles, and maintenance requirements, and discussed local raw material characteristics and production needs with the engineers.

Subsequently, Nina and Abby guided the clients through other production areas, showcasing Tongding’s manufacturing capabilities and quality management system. The clients noted that the primary purpose of the visit was to verify the production processes and actual manufacturing standards in preparation for future procurement.

Following the visit, the clients had gained a clearer, firsthand understanding of Tongding’s manufacturing capabilities and product specifications, and both parties held preliminary discussions regarding the direction of future cooperation.
