A Record of Transnational Cooperation between Tongding Company and Vietnamese Partners: Mr. Trương and Miss Trần

In April 2025, partners Mr. Trương and Miss Trần made a special trip from Vietnam to visit Tongding Company.

The triple-cylinder rotary dryer independently developed by Tongding Company features a patented large kiln head design that prevents material backflow, opens up the combustion channel, and ensures that the heat is fully utilized by the material.

The wheel belt of the dryer is made by a forging process, with a dense structure and good mechanical properties. It eliminates defects such as sand holes, gas pores, and shrinkage cavities in castings.

The supporting wheels are made by the quenching process of solid 45# steel. They have low wear and are durable.

With this unique design, low energy consumption and stable performance are achieved, which is very attractive to domestic and foreign river sand processing enterprises.

After a detailed on-site inspection by the Vietnamese partners Mr. Trương and Miss Trần, they expressed strong approval of the equipment design, materials used, and production process.

During the negotiation, Mr. Trương and Miss Trần from the Vietnamese partner company clearly stated that they were planning to carry out a river sand drying project in Vietnam. The local area has very strict environmental protection requirements.

To address the customer’s concern, our technical team immediately proposed a customized dust removal system on the spot. It consists of a cyclone dust collector and a pulse dust collector connected in parallel, forming a two-stage dust removal system.

The pulse dust collector uses a compartmentalized offline pulse jet cleaning method, which has better dust collection and cleaning effects. This well meets the customer’s special environmental protection requirements, and the customer verified this at the site in Datong, Shanxi Province.

From the initial acquaintance, investigation, proposal customization to final contract signing, it took nearly one year.
