Case Study: Installation and Training for a Malaysian Sand Drying Machine and Dry-Mix Mortar Production Line – Tongding Machinery

This complete dry-mix mortar production line is a project undertaken by the Malaysian company Tongding to supply equipment to a manufacturer of tile adhesive and putty powder serving the local construction market. The project comprises two core components—a sand drying system and a dry-mix mortar production line—with Tongding providing comprehensive “turnkey” services that encompass equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and operational training.

During the installation phase, Tongding’s technical engineers—Mr. Li and Mr. Zhang—collaborated with the local team to complete the connection and installation of the entire equipment suite, including the dryer, hot-blast stove, dust removal system, bucket elevator, raw material tank, two-level platform, and impeller packaging machines. The sand drying line was fully integrated, the combustion furnace and induced draft fan were installed in place, and the two impeller packaging machines on the two-level platform were also assembled.

Following installation, Engineer Li from Tongding provided comprehensive training to the local operators, covering equipment startup procedures, standard safety protocols, troubleshooting for common issues, and routine maintenance. Upon completion of the training, the equipment entered the trial operation phase; performance was stable, and both the moisture content of the finished sand and the quality of the dry-mix mortar met contractual requirements.

The equipment has now officially entered production, ensuring stable output capacity for the client. Tongding provides a five-year warranty for the equipment, alongside ongoing remote technical support and mix-design optimization services.
