Russian Client Visits Tongding Factory to Inspect Dryer Equipment – Tongding Machinery
We recently hosted three clients from Russia at the Tongding factory, where they conducted an on-site inspection of our sand dryer manufacturing operations. Our team members—Nina, Abby, and Engineer Li—welcomed the visitors and accompanied them on a tour of the production workshop.
During the tour, the clients examined dryers currently under construction, focusing on key components such as the drum structure of the triple-pass sand dryer, the installation of lifting flights, and the riding ring and support roller systems. Engineer Li explained the structural design principles on-site, highlighting patented technologies—such as multi-bend and serrated lifting flights—and demonstrating how these innovations enhance drying efficiency and extend equipment service life.
Afterward, Nina and Abby escorted the clients to a meeting room, where they provided a comprehensive presentation covering the dryer’s overall structure, working principles, and patented features. The clients raised specific questions regarding the equipment’s performance in Russia’s cold winter conditions, fuel compatibility options, and after-sales support, leading to a detailed discussion.
The visit affirmed the clients’ confidence in Tongding’s manufacturing capabilities. By the end of the tour, the clients had gained a clear understanding of our production management and manufacturing standards, and both parties reached a preliminary consensus on the direction of future cooperation.Subsequently, at the clients’ request, we developed a complete sand drying solution tailored to their specific site conditions, local climate, and production capacity requirements.
