Tongding Company Successfully Delivers Sand Drying Production Line, Boosting Capacity Upgrades for Spanish Client

With its profound technical expertise in the field of sand drying and dry-mixed mortar production equipment, as well as its professional global service capabilities, Tongding Company successfully reached a large-scale sand drying production line cooperation agreement with a Spanish client, further enhancing Tongding’s brand awareness and influence in the international market.

Client Background & Requirements

This client mainly engages in the production of dry-mixed mortar in Spain. Due to the expansion of market demand, they plan to establish a second production line to increase their production scale. They also have extremely high requirements for production capacity, operational stability, and environmental protection standards.

Initial Proposal and Adjustment

In July 2025, after understanding the customer’s requirements, we promptly provided the client with a preliminary plan. Subsequently, based on the client’s requests, we made adjustments to the plan.

Factory Visit and Technical Introduction

In September, the client visited our factory for an inspection. We showed the workshop and the equipment. Then we provided a detailed introduction to the sand drying equipment and the dry-mixed mortar production line.

Core Equipment: Triple Cylinder Rotary Dryer

The triple cylinder rotary dryer independently developed by Tongding Company adopts a unique three-stage drying structure consisting of an inner cylinder, a middle cylinder and an outer cylinder: The wet sand enters the inner cylinder. Under the action of multi-fold sand raising board, it forms a uniform sand curtain. The high-temperature hot air generated by the burner penetrates the sand curtain, achieving rapid and efficient heat exchange, with a heat efficiency of over 90%. Then, it passes through the serrated sand raising board in the middle cylinder for a second drying process. Finally, it is transported from the outer cylinder to the sand discharge bin.

After the customer had a thorough understanding, they highly praised the design and performance of the equipment. Subsequently, the two parties further refined the solution. We carefully considered every detail and the drawings underwent 20 revisions before finally presenting the customer with a perfect solution:

Key Technical Features

*Main unit: Equipped with 2958 triple cylinder rotary dryer. Match the client’s requirements – production capacity of 30 T/H. The core components, such as the multi-fold sand raising board, are made of NM400 alloy wear-resistant plates, which have a much longer service life than industry standards and can fully meet the requirements of long-term and high-intensity production.

*Pulse dust collector: Equipped with the pulse dust collector, the dust removal efficiency is high and it meets the environmental protection standards of the European Union. We specially redesigned the overall size of the pulse dust collector to enable it to be fully placed in the container, thereby saving installation and transportation costs for customers.

*Automation system: Equipped with a one-button start control cabinet, the entire production line operates automatically.

Contract Signing and Recognition

In November, the client chose Tongding among many suppliers and officially signed the contract. He stated: The equipment quality, patented design, service response speed and technical expertise of Tongding Company have received their utmost recognition.

Shipping and Installation

In March 2026, the equipment ordered by the client has been officially loaded onto the ship. After the customer receives it, Tongding will dispatch professional installation engineers to install and debug the equipment for the customer, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.
