A Trust Across Borders: Vietnamese Customer Mr. Tran Visits Tongding
In May 2024, as Zhengzhou embraced warm spring weather, Tongding Company welcomed our distinguished Vietnamese customer, Mr. Tran and his delegation.
Business Manager Amber smiled and said: “A meeting across mountains and seas marks the beginning of trust and a starting point for win-win cooperation.”
During Mr. Tran’s visit, his core requirement was to purchase a 20-ton dry mortar production line for mortar mixing in local construction projects, emphasizing both practicality and efficiency.
To help him gain a direct understanding of our equipment quality, we immediately drove Mr. Tran and his delegation to our production workshop, where we explained the entire production process and core technologies in detail, demonstrated the operation of various mixers on site, and highlighted the key configuration and performance advantages of our 3m³ mixer.
The non-gravity double shaft paddle mixer independently developed and produced by Tongding Company has been highly favored in domestic and overseas markets with its multiple core technologies and patented designs. Its outstanding features have been highly recognized by Mr. Tran and his team.
This production line adopts a modular design, with the five core components working in coordination, ensuring smooth operation. From raw material screening, lifting, storage to mixing and shaping, the entire process operates automatically without the need for extensive human intervention, effectively reducing labor costs, while avoiding human operation errors and enhancing production efficiency and mixing quality.
The non-gravity double shaft paddle mixer is an ideal mixing machine with low-speed, high-efficient and energy-saving characteristics. It can reach uniform mixing. Stable discharging, no material leaking, large adjustment range of load quantity, 60%-70% load can reach ideal mixing effect.


I. Highly Efficient and Uniform – Suitable for Highly Abrasive Materials
The main machine adopts a double-shaft non-gravity stirring structure. The chromium-molybdenum-titanium alloy paddles on the two parallel shafts are symmetrically arranged. The two shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same speed, causing the material to form a triple mixing state of convection, shearing and diffusion in the cylinder.
The material achieves non-gravity mixing instantly, with a mixing uniformity of over 98%, far exceeding industry standards.
The stirring blades are made of 20mm thick Cr-Mo-Ti alloy steel, which is highly hard and wear-resistant, capable of enduring long-term high-intensity stirring and having a service life three times longer than that of ordinary carbon steel blades.
The integrated direct connection drive structure ensures stable operation, strong load-bearing capacity and high stirring efficiency. Paired with a direct-coupled reducer, it features high transmission efficiency, low power loss and strong stirring power, fully meeting the demands of large-scale and continuous production.
II. Sealing and Discharge System – Zero Leakage, No Residue, Stable and Reliable
To address the common problems of material leakage and residue that occur in dry-mixed mortar production, the equipment is equipped with multiple patented designs:
- Hard-sealed large-opening discharge structure: The discharge port adopts a large-opening design, combined with the drive of four cylinders, which can quickly remove the materials completely, achieving zero residue during discharge. The discharge door and the cylinder wall are both finely ground with a cone shape, combined with a double hard-sealing structure, there is no gap and a seamless fit, completely eliminating the phenomenon of material leakage, ensuring a clean production environment and zero material loss.
- Patented shaft end sealing system: Utilizes a silicone core with a high-water-based packing material, combining features of wear resistance, impact resistance, and good sealing performance. It is paired with independent cylinders to meet instantaneous gas demands, effectively preventing material from entering the shaft end, thereby avoiding bearing wear and significantly extending the lifespan of the equipment.
- Design of the return air channel: balancing the internal and external pressures of the cylinder to prevent dust from escaping, which not only meets environmental protection requirements but also safeguards the health of operators.

III. Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Design – Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement, Worry-Free and Effortless
The equipment integrates intelligent design throughout the entire process from production to operation and maintenance, maximizing the reduction of customers’ human and time costs:
- Automatic power-off observation door: The power is automatically cut off when the door is opened, eliminating safety hazards during maintenance from the root cause and meeting international safety production standards.
- Real-time automatic oil injection device: Equipped with an automatic oil injection pump, it can be set with an oil injection cycle to automatically complete the lubrication and maintenance of key parts such as bearings, eliminating the need for manual oiling, saving labor costs, and avoiding equipment failures caused by missed maintenance.
- PLC intelligent control system: Supports one-click language switching (including Vietnamese and English), with a simple and intuitive operation interface that local workers can quickly master. The system has real-time monitoring and fault alarm functions, which can provide early warnings of equipment abnormalities, reduce downtime, and ensure production continuity.
During the negotiation, Mr. Tran and his team asked detailed questions about the operation parameters of the equipment, after-sales support, transportation and installation, etc. Our technical engineers and business team answered each question patiently. Considering the local voltage standards and construction environment in Vietnam, we customized a dedicated equipment adaptation plan for them.
At the same time, we promised to provide full installation, commissioning, and training services, as well as long-term spare parts supply and technical support, to completely eliminate their worries.
In fact, before visiting Tongding Company, Mr. Tran had already inspected several mixer manufacturing enterprises in China. After multiple rounds of comparison and analysis, he always believed that the equipment of Tongding Company was superior to that of its competitors in terms of quality stability, technical professionalism, cost-effectiveness, and after-sales guarantee.
Especially the configuration and advantages of the three‑party mixer perfectly met its current production needs and future development plans. After thoroughly understanding the equipment demonstration and customization plans, Mr. Tran’s team immediately decided to enter into a cooperation agreement with Tongding Company and officially signed the equipment purchase contract.
As of March 2026, the three‑unit blender ordered by Mr. Tran has completed production, testing, and has successfully passed customs clearance and been transported to Vietnam. It is currently in the stage of on-site installation and commissioning, and is expected to be officially put into operation shortly, helping Mr. Tran seize the initiative in the Vietnamese construction market.
