1. Customer Backgroun d & Initial Contact

On a sweltering summer day in July 2024, Abby received an inquiry from a customer in Mexico. The customer had experience in the construction industry, and Abby, our sales representative, possessed extensive knowledge of our products and shipping containers. They engaged in a detailed discussion about drawings and plans, and the customer was satisfied. They quickly decided to visit our factory in September.

2. Factory Visit & Technical Confirmation

Initially, the customer asked Abby: “Are you a factory or a trader?” Abby answered: “Yes, we are a factory! We are professionally engaged in energy-saving drying equipment, green environmental protection mortar mixing production line, and intelligent packaging equipment – research, development, production, sales and service as an overall solution provider. We have a certificate from the government recognizing us as a high-tech enterprise, 26 patented inventions, and 77 utility model patents. Additionally, we provide continuous technical support and after-sales guarantees.”

The customer in Mexico required a fully automated dry mortar mixing production line with processing 10 tons per hour capacity. Based on their needs, we recommended our non-gravity double shaft paddle mixer to them. It is an ideal mixing machine with low-speed, high-efficient and energy-saving characteristics. It can reach uniform mixing, stable discharging, no material leaking, and a wide load adjustment range – 60%-70% load can reach ideal mixing effect.

3. Application Fields & Customized Solution

The dry mortar mixer production line is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, foundry, building materials, petrochemical, decoration and other industries, suitable for mortar production, cementing materials, putty powder, soil curing, masterbatch, additive production, etc.

The customer visited six other companies in the industry in China. During their visits, they discovered that some of the companies’ official websites even featured photos of our products. After thorough comparison and discussion, the customer decided to cooperate with us. The client’s solution includes two 100-ton silos, two screw conveyors, one batching hopper, one bucket elevator, one premixed hopper, a TDSJ2 non-gravity double shaft paddle mixer, two ultrasonic packaging machines, and a column-type palletizer. Upon returning to their country that month, they further discussed payment terms, ports, and other details. And then paid the deposit in October.

4. Production, Delivery & Commissioning

Production was completed in November, and the customer inspected the goods. They were extremely satisfied and immediately arranged for the final payment and shipment. Installation, testing, and initial operation took place in the first half of 2025.

5. Presidential Visit & Customer Expansion

In March 2026, the President of Mexico visited our client’s production line in Mexico. The production line was highly praised by the President. The client was delighted to share this good news with us and stated that they had decided to expand their operations by adding another production line. We wish our client continued success and growth as a benchmark company in Mexico.
